Do you accept returns?
Any item can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any justification. You just need to send it to us in the same conditions as we send to you.
To credit the account of the value of this article, the item to be returned must be in perfect condition, unopened. For this reason, please always confirm your order upon receipt.
Customs costs (if applicable when you send us back) are customer’s responsibility.
If everything it’s ok with the product, we put this credit in your profile account so you can use it in further orders.

My order arrived damaged, how do I proceed?
If the product has a defect should indicate on the carrier guide when receiving the order. It is important that you do so because later the damage will be considered your responsibility.
After that, send us an e-mail to [email protected] with photos of the damages and also the carrier guide with the damage written on it so we can help you to proceed to next steps.
