Do you accept returns?
Any product can be returned up to 14 days after the date of receipt, without any justification. You just need to send the product back to us, under the same conditions as we sent it to you. The costs of shipping back to our facilities are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders placed from 24/11/2023 to 24/12/2023, the return period has been extended to 15/01/2024.
In order to return the amount paid for the product, (if you have paid for shipping, they are not returned), the product to be returned must be in perfect condition, closed and in the original packaging. For this reason, always confirm your order after receiving it.
Customs costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
If everything is in accordance with the product, we will create a discount coupon corresponding to the amount paid for the product (this coupon will be valid for 30 days after the date of issue), so that you can use it in a future order on our page www.dashiofficial.com/en
To have free shipping using the coupon, the order value, after using the coupon, must fulfill the minimum purchase values for free shipping. Otherwise, the shipping fees will be applied.

My order arrived damaged, how do I proceed?
If the product has a defect should indicate on the carrier guide when receiving the order. It is important that you do so because later the damage will be considered your responsibility.
After that, send us an e-mail to [email protected] with photos of the damages and also the carrier guide with the damage written on it so we can help you to proceed to next steps.
